I truly believe in an eye for an eye!!!

OMG, watching Eyewitness News & hearing the chilling murder of a 19 year old Pace University student Kevin Pravia is so disturbing. A 22 year-old male Jerome Cancel, sold cocaine, to the Kevin Pravia who fell asleep in his apartment. The 22 year-old male, robs Kevin Pravia of everything he has while sleeping and leaves. The 22 year-old male then returns to strangle the 19 year-old male while sleeping.  

While the 22 year-old male was speaking of his encounter he stated, in detail, what he did to the 19 year old male, without remorse. He's only concern was how swollen his hand was after strangling Mr. Pravia.

What is this world coming to? Killing just for the sake of killing. This is why prisons are so over crowded, because Government feels it is necessary to keep cold blooded murders on death row for x amount of years wasting precious tax payers dollars, that can go to something else much more important like EDUCATION. I truly believe in an eye for an eye. We can use the millions and millions of dollars that are invested in prisons throughout the United States to education, health insurance, Social Security and the list can go on. I just can't understand how our Government prioritizes.
